Manoj Singh

Manoj Singh is a highly respected aviation and logistics executive with over 33 years of leadership experience across airline cargo, airport operations, ground handling, and integrated supply chain ecosystems.As Chief Executive Officer of MSN Air Service, he provides strategic direction, governance oversight, and global growth leadership, driving sustainable value creation and international expansion. Previously, Manoj served as Chief Cargo Officer at Adani Airports Holding Limited, with full P&L responsibility for cargo operations across eight airports. He launched multiple greenfield cargo businesses Operation from inception to product management & logistic subsidiary, while conceptualizing India’s first airport-linked logistics ecosystem. His earlier senior leadership roles include Senior Vice President & Head – Cargo at Mumbai International Airport Limited, where he led India’s busiest cargo gateway and delivered globally benchmarked digital, pharma cargo initiatives & Operational excellence. He also served as Chief Executive Officer – Menzies Aviation, Bengaluru, as General Manager – Cargo for Hyderabad Menzies Aviation and Commercial Head – India – Menzies Aviation, where he built in two greenfield airport cargo operations, GH Business. He pioneered India’s first airport cargo pharma zone. Worked with Airports Authority of India and Lufthansa Cargo. Manoj brings strong board and policy credentials, serving as Co-Chairman – Logistics, Indian Merchant Chamber, Board Member and Chair – Western Region, Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI), and Advisory Board Member of Air Cargo India (ACI) and the Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI). He has also served in past as a Working Group Member for Air Cargo & Logistics Policy, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. A triple postgraduate, Gold Medalist, and MBA, Manoj has completed the Senior Leadership Management Program (FULCRUM – Adani Group) and the Airport Executive Leadership Program (ACI), Montreal – Concordia University. He is recognized for strong corporate governance, regulatory engagement, and industry leadership at national and global levels.
